Quality Policy

PRM Newage Ltd is a company with a long history for designing and manufacturing products that are reliable and enduring and our axle ranges have the flexibility of design to be able to be adapted to suit a customer’s individual requirements. In-house testing and field trials are carried out to affirm confidence that any product improvements will further enhance our reputation.  

The company is motivated by the needs of our customers and is committed to keeping pace with changing needs and providing a high level of support and technical advice. 

We shall constantly look for opportunities to improve our product range and Quality Management system and will satisfy any applicable requirements including statutory and regulatory. We are committed to maintaining accredited BS EN ISO 9001 certification of our management system through co-operation, motivation and effective collaboration with all interested parties. This ensures efficient and effective use of our resources, consistency of approach and continual improvement.

Quality objectives are set to support this policy and they shall be consistent with the organisation’s context. These objectives will be reviewed at the company Quality Management Review Meetings.

We are committed to achieving customer satisfaction through the effective application of our Quality Management System and mindful that their decision to return to buy products in the future will be dependent on their experiences. 

This policy commitment will be subject to periodic review for continual suitability.
