T denotes close coupled transfer gearbox (4WD applications).
+ denotes output rotation in forward gears as input.
- denotes output rotation in forward gears opposite to input.

Transfer Gearboxes
NEWAGE gearboxes are available with a close coupled transfer gearbox.
Installation drawings are available on request.
NEWAGE free standing transfer gearboxes can also be used for four wheel drive vehicles (see Free-Standing Transfer Gearboxes Page for more information)
Engine Rotation
NEWAGE traction gearboxes are designed for use with clockwise rotating engines - when looking towards the front, or input, end of the gearbox.
